Products that are not custom will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase.

All items except stickers are shipped via usps - priority (tracking & insurance included). I am not responsible for stolen packages or delayed shipments once they are in the hands of USPS. If your order happens to arrive damaged, please contact me within 2 business days & I will work with you to rectify the situation.

As a one-woman run business I can not support returns at this time.

custom PRODUCT INFORMATION

All portraits are created by hand with pencil & pen. please be mindful that Due to the nature of this work, the quality of the reference photos will reflect the quality of the drawing. some colors may differ slightly than the original photos.

SHIPPING - custom products

Once your portrait(s) has been purchased & photographs emailed to kelly@stuckinthestudio.com, it can take up to 5 weeks to be completed. All items usually arrive within a 5 business days once shipped**. You will receive a tracking code once your order has shipped.

**Please be mindful packages may arrive later than expected. Once your package has been placed in the hands of USPS, the arrival date is out of my control.
